What rights do you have?
Under privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion — request that we delete your data (e.g., newsletter signup, analytics events linked to your device).
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Unsubscribe — opt out of our newsletter at any time (via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by request).
- Tracking — change your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How to make a request
Send us a message describing your request through our contact form. We respond within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- The app concerned (e.g., TV Japan)
- The type of request (access, deletion, correction, opt-out…)
- If applicable, the email address you used to subscribe to the newsletter

What we do NOT collect
Our apps do not collect or share:
- Your real name, phone number, or postal address
- Your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
- Payment information (all transactions are handled by Apple)
