Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by MyFirstApp4You on the Apple App Store. It describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you use our Apps.

By using our Apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We do not require account creation. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or address. If you choose to subscribe to a premium plan via Apple In-App Purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple — we do not receive your payment information.

Information collected automatically

When you use the App, we and our third-party services automatically collect:

• Usage data: which screens you visit, which features you interact with (searches, channels viewed, favorites added), session duration.
• Device data: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, anonymous installation identifier.
• Diagnostic data: crash reports, performance metrics (loading times, network errors).
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA): only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. See section 4.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core features (TV program guide, favorites, notifications).
• To improve the App through anonymous usage analytics and crash reports.
• To display advertisements (free version only) and measure their performance.
• To manage your premium subscription if you choose to subscribe.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following services to operate the App. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Apple Inc. — App distribution, In-App Purchase, App Tracking Transparency, Sign in with Apple (if used). apple.com/legal/privacy
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config) — anonymized usage analytics and crash diagnostics. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — in-app advertising (banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open). policies.google.com/privacy
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — collection of advertising consent in European Economic Area / United Kingdom / Switzerland.

4. Advertising & IDFA (Apple ATT)

If you use the free version of the App, you will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, you will be asked whether to allow tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

• If you allow tracking: AdMob may use your IDFA to show personalized ads and measure conversions.
• If you do not allow tracking: you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. No IDFA is shared.

You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Advertising Consent for European Users (GDPR / TCF)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we display a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) on first launch. You may accept, refuse, or customize the use of cookies and trackers for personalized advertising at any time. Your choice is stored on the device and respected for all subsequent ad requests.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed in section 3, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us. None of these services receive personally identifiable information from us — only anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Restriction or objection — limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent — opt out of analytics/advertising tracking at any time (via iOS Settings).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Data Retention

Analytics events are retained by Google Firebase for up to 14 months. Crash reports are retained for up to 90 days. Subscription information is managed by Apple. The App does not store personal data on our own servers.

10. Security

All network communication between the App and its services uses HTTPS (TLS) encryption. We do not operate our own user databases. Service providers (Apple, Google) are responsible for the security of data they collect on our behalf.

11. International Data Transfers

Our third-party providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence (including the United States). They comply with applicable cross-border data transfer frameworks (Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated via the App if appropriate.
